Original and certified copy of your identity document issued by your country of origin
Temporary residence permit
Proof of residential address or Company Address (utility bill or Bank Statement first page)
If the utility bill is not in your name, the owner of the bill must make an affidavit declaring that you live at the address and the utility bill must be attached to the affidavit, with a copy of his identity document
If you stay at an informal settlement, you must bring a letter with an official date stamp from the ward councilor confirming your residential address
Certificate of Incorporation or Name Change as issued in terms of the Companies Act, OR founding statement (Company Vehicles)
Complete and bring along NCP - Notificaiton of Change of Address or Particulars of owner [South African citizen and foreigners]
Complete and bring along ANR - Notice in respect of traffic register number [Only if you are a Foreigner]
Signed Affidavit - visit our offices to complete the process in person

DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO SUBMIT FOR BUSINESS:

Copy of your previous license disc renewal page (need Tara and expiry date) to confirm estimated renewal cost
Clear copy of Company Proxy identity document
Copy of BRN Certificate
Complete and bring along - ALV Application for Licensing of motor Vehicle
Roadworthy Certificate (ONLY If your vehicle is used for public transport or is a heavy load motor vehicle)
Signed Affidavit - visit our offices to complete the process in person

CHANGE OF ADRESS - NCP
